I dont know why after all this time, finally i remembered i still have a blog page..no idea how it can slip my mind..guess now i know how busy i was..working day in and day out like a zombie tryin to earn a livin despite d bad year...

A lot of things has been going on the past few months and its been a bumpy but exciting ride...adaptation to work seems to be going well, put on a few kg's after stopping the gym but dun worry,still recognisable under these fats,haha..

..and again d bloody little winged bastard a.k.a Cupid "shot" me again... but this time unlike the previous "mistake", im'ma play my cards right but as usual...she'll be gettin the treatment as she deserve as always..be nice~! ;P

last months trip to langkawi for valentines was great,got every island trip list checked,island hopping, lotsa sun, girls with bikini's, a little sun tan, clear blue beach and booze and all spent with the special ones!!

Im in no mood to write now, i dont even know why im here when i gotta be hitting d sack since 2 hours ago..oh well, anybody who wanna get updated, get me on facebook instead aite..PM me if u want my add..

After almost 2 months dissappearing..i decided to come back..its been a bumpy ride going through a "hard phase" not long ago but finally im fully healed and moved forward head on now..charging like a blind rhino..or bull as its d year of d bull...chinese new year is around d corner..more holidays..but not me..yeah working over d holidays,i wonder if i can get any clients during d festive season?haha

anyways, in an unrelated topic..i realised so many of my friends are going through shitty tomes with thier partners and Breaking-up!! its wierd cuz now my single friends are outnumbering those in relationships 3-1..now dats a scary situation..well buddies if ur reading this, all i can say is, dun fret..being single is not all bad,especially with d current economy downturn..u can actually save up more den u usually do..haha..and yeah ul feel lost and lonely..dats what PSP or im here for, yup im single now if ur still wondering..so stop with d messages, dun flood my inbox..call me or sms instead,dun be so 'cheap".. XP .....

When life is getting back to track, it came it a sudden nerve-wrecking halt! I never saw it coming nor anticipate it..guess what poeple say is true,

Its been a while since i last updated here..and crap, life's been trash these few weeks..aint got nobody to turn to, just dont seem to care so i guess i might as well continue moving on without the "support" then..

Moving on, i just got the "biggest" suprise yesterday..outta d blue,there comes Mr.Melamine!!haha

After a pretty fucked up day ,decided to call it off by cancelling some sessions..but instead, im thankful dat i did'nt..

She rang me and found out dat i was sad, asked me and even tricked me to make me smile..and it worked..No im not talking bout "her" but my dear client ..Janet!!yeah the Crab girl

In d past i've got expensive chocolates but wow, an XXL M&M's Plush Doll!??..and the best thing is she made me carry d fella all around Leisure Mall frm d carpark till d gym..and imagine d responds of people around d mall..Janet if ur reading dis, im'ma have mt revenge eyyy...haha..But thanks for d ear-to-ear smile dat i needed..

The Workaholic type - This guy is always dressed to the nines, because he's loaded wit cash.. cool down -- the cash flow comes at a price. He toils until the wee hours, then loosens his tie and parties like there's no tomorrow. Unfortunately, there is a tomorrow, and it starts in like three hours. What little time he has for you will be shared with his BlackBerry or sms seconds. The ugly truth: Money is the love of his life, and you come in second ,and i mean SECOND!!-- or third, since he's probably crunching more than numbers with his secretary or colleagues .College boys dont count here as u spend ur mommy's and daddy's money...we talking bout hard-earned cash here boys~

The Fitness Freak - This dude marathons, jungle tracks, runs with the bulls -- anything for that rush. And he has the sick abs and chiseled arms to prove it.. But to keep him happy, you need to be in perpetual motion too.Lean thighs and endurance (and i dun mean 5 hours shopping at Pavillion, Sg.Wang or Times Square ) .This guy does not like to sit around, and he doesn't like for you to sit around either. And it isn't just a phase. In his late 20s, he'll get into marathons, and they'll lead to triathlons and eventually to the Ironman competition. Yeah, that means a trip to Hawaii, but instead of chilling on the beach you'll be cheering him on from the sidelines. Having fun yet?oh hey..u got d model type body in our brother here...not enough?

The Pretty Boy - He'll ridicule the appearance with bold clothing choices to seem down-to-earth, but here's his dirty little secret: He spends just as much time picking out his outfit as his more fashion-conscious counterparts do.And not forgetting 30 minutes of getting wax or brylcream on every strands of his hair.. Under the casual exterior is a calculating killjoy with mom issues. I Choose To Ignore...Everything..

Its been a crazy weekend..gone out almost everynight, after-wedding clubbing party on friday, pool game on saturday and football + pool yesterday.

The funny thing is its not the same as before..no more thrill, no more anticipation,no more mood...next session once salary's out...I Chose To Ignore..

Plus with d ignorance from her since she left...sad but im all by myself..which is not a bad thing at all..I Chose To Ignore..

Been entertained with a few new friends through msn..dont know where they pop up and got my contacts...started out with a hello and ends with "i want to be closer to u"...I Choose to ignore...

Promises to keep in touch when away but did not keep your word as so called busy,no time and sleeping...i could react, get pissed and argue...I Chose to Ignore..

The stress on Starting a new job, new environment, adaptation to being accused of wrong doings that does not even relate to me, and constant pressure of pleasing them...I Chose to Ignore...

Now that i've gotten over it and moved on...

Tasty "Hairy"~!?

Before u get wierd thoughts in ur mind..im referring to the "Hairy-Crab" season..Was well informed by my client today,after an hour of laughing at me by d fact dat i got all confused on what she said..The conversation went something like dis :

Janet : You never tasted "hairy -crab" before?

KB : Hairy what??!

Janet : The hairy crab season start edi la..the crabs have hairs in their pincers.damn Nice weii..ask any chinese ppl sure they know..

KB :*Gave a dumb blank stare*

Janet :The crab meat are not eaten one larr..

KB :Ha?Den eat d "bulu" meh??

Which made her burst into laughter,tears and cramped cheeks frm laughing for almost d entire PT session..and resulted in more torturing session of training,muahaha..yeah i know im an ass sometimes.but it did'nt stop her entertained the whole time..aih,sometimes PT session can turn out into wierd situations..

Anyways,back to the crab part..here's wht i dug up about the HAIRY CRAB SEASON if u are as blur and unaware like me..

These hairy crabs are a moody lot. they mate around the october to january season and are possibly the most sex-starved during the november and december periods. why sex-starved? Go figure,haha..

1) The male crabs have the soft oozy-creamy kind of egg
2) The female crabs have the harder powder kind of egg
3) Some believe that you need to eat one male and one female to balance the yin and the yang. i say that must have been conjured up by people who were afraid that all the female crabs would be left unsold cos the male crabs are waaaaaaay tastier.
4) They are largest or at least have the most egg-filled shells during the november to december months (hence my conclusion about their sex-starved state,Horny Bastards!haha)
5) It can be eaten with either a sweet plum sauce or vinegar.. including fried rice and fried vegetable rolls. everything~!
6) Notice how the pincers are covered with black hair. this is apparently because they originate from cold waters .

Into my fourth day being in a sick condition and it aint looking any better with the constant rain everyday and inconsistent time of raining each time..but todays wuz shitty i would say cuz it rained noon till night~!Added with the departure of my dearest back to penang for god knows how long, it seems like its gonna be "cold" days ahead.

Where's my Sun, Sea ,Sand and Sunset buddies gone to?...ever since d last trip, one cant help thinking of soaking one's feet in d warm sand, smooth ocean breeze swaying through the skin, the calming sound of the crashing waves at the empty shore and the divine sunset slowly setting over the horizon on orange and light red backround of the skies...It is, a "WONDERFUL WORLD" as quoted by Louis Armstrong.

If only life can be as carefree as the song..i wonder..till then,i'll just appreciate the moments before and wait for the new to come..

How often do u recall hearing somebody u know or maybe not often referring to themselves "Im matured,unlike those people".chances are..pretty much dont you think and it never fail to put a grin to my face every single time cuz the self-judgement itself shows how naive and immature they are..

i stumbled upon a few facebook and friendster account while surfing today...(yup,wuz being a total bum due to bad flu and sleepless nights)..anyway,its out of d subject..what i observe is individuals claiming themselves being so mature and criticizing other people which i guess would be thier enemies..u see,thinking they are is one thing,actually saying it out is another..and actually making it their shout out is a total-embarrassment if it were me..so i dun really understand how egoistic can they be?

i use to know a few low-self esteem girl..which now surprisingly climbed up to stardom due to a certain function..which she did'nt win pun..but it gave her a boost of confidence..and now telling d whole world how great and matured she is compared to her friends, and specifically referring herself as the "beautiful" one and bitching about her friends that did'nt appreciate her wen she was so called "ugly"..so does'nt dat make u immature and "uglier" inside?

But hell,d bottom line is..i think maturity is judged by actions, how people think , how a certain individual handle a situation, or how others perceive u and tells u dat you are "matured"...not claiming you are 1...so i hope she and my other buddies realise it soon cuz its annoying and it can save yourself from d embarrassment in later days aite?people can judge and see u..even how much u make-up,fake or even claim maturity..cuz in d end..its only u that think so.~

Just like any ordinary raya for d past 5 years,there's not much huuhaa dat i can say..obviously cuz im not celebrating it but what ever happen to my d days where invitations to open houses are repeated many times throughout the week before raya like it use to and by the same person?

Yes times has changed, friends grew-up separately but does d friendship has to be ignored?anyways, i know i muka tak tau malu here but to any muslim buddies frm perimbun..gimme a holla..not dat im out to finish ur rendang,ketupat,kuih bahulu,lemang and all d mouth-watering dishes..but to meet up and catch up where we left off..remember d 5 years gathering??

Wuz opening d club today when saw dis pcd new vid clip..eh,PCD has 5 members left??..i realised it on d MTV awards and went thru some info search and confirmed dat Carmit Bachar is out~!haha...not dat im sad but as long as Jessica Sutta and Nicole is in it,i aint complaining..the story is there was six in the beginning and it is true, and there is only five now. One of them, the redhead one, Carmit bachar left the group to pursue her own career. This was the reason for them to do a search for the next pussycat doll. There was a winner, a mixed filipino but after a short time, the winner turned down the money and the chance to be a pussycat doll. After much thought, they decided to just continue with five in the group instead of six, there wuz one comment made dat carmit wuz suspected to be a "dude" so she left..haha,come to think of it..she does look a bit m,anly huh??...any idea when is d nex album out?

Its been a very long road since high school..and i just realised it today....sitting on d edge of d bed in d still darkness of d nite,i got no idea why these thought suddenly came slamming to me last nite.i dont really remember what wuz i doing when suddenly i remembered d last day of SPM...remembered all my best "partners in crime" buddies,ali jalal,acap,jeff,francis,aliah,fawwas,my dear counselling team and clients..d sports day,canteen day,rose day..how i r4eally get into trouble and running away frm the forever fierce miss maha with her loud picth telling to go for assembly before classes...

Those days where we talked whats gona happen 5 years from then..ahaha,i remembered dat we're supposed to have a few gatherings after d 1st year.sadly,i got no idea where are they,NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON~!!so here i am trying to get thru life..thank god im okay and stable but sad when i hear dat most of them are not as fortunate and struggling through life...hey if any of u reading dis,get me at my hp...oh yeah,especially u tiara hilda...haha,my so called gf for a few days...u left without a word...so are we broken up...no official break up la babe..haha..i missed u btw..

Enough of the high school days...come to college..that wuz d time of my life...met so many people frm all walks of life..mei may,vince,my dear rachel and daisy..not forgetting ostrova,ang and boon..where r u guys??d peak and most unforgettable time wuz when i started joining evo-i...winning competitions and actually think i'd do dancing for d rest of my life as a career..haha,i wuz young...and yeah,last but not least cilia chong...where art thou,the most amazing person and best friend i ever have...kinda went out and sparks flew..a lot but never knew why we never took d next step ..proly its my height,haha..fuck i'm embarassed now...but i know its becuz we rather not screw up a beautiful frenship..yeah we've been through so many till u left me to study at u.k...still waiting for u to come back hunz..well u might change,i know i did but for a better me,but i guess u still need my "fat ass" to kepoh again till late in d morning rite??...k,maybe not but hey..im here and u got my number..

Cant say dat i had a smooth transaction for studies to working life but i aint complainin...had lotsa jobs,part-time and travelled way many places,cool people to work with but able to hav a stabil one at fitness first.That wuz where i met this special somebody.....who in d end turn out a disaster,haha,but hell i've given my best and had 1 hell of a ride with dis person..changed me in many ways, taught me d mistakes i've been doing, made me realise dat relationship is not all bout attention,love,respect,movies,and calling every single day even tho met em everyday..its "double" as much~!!but its only with her...haha..yeah,thanks for d heads up..and now i learned my mistakes so dats y i found d real meaning of my life and correct it...yeap,i learn frm my mistakes,found d most amazing/important girl and dats all dat matters now...

DON'T TAKE PANADOL AND PANADOL ACTI FAST AND PANADOL SOLUBLE
especially if you have gastric problems .
FYI... One real story from
a friend....

Her husband was working in a hospital as an IT engineer, as thehospital is planning to set up a database of its patient. And he knows some of the doctors quite well. Anyways..

The doctors used to tell him that whenever they have a headache, they are not willing to take PANADOL (PARACETMOL). In fact,they will turn to Chinese Herbal Medicine or find other alternatives!!

This is because Panadol is toxic to the body, and it harms the liver.According to the doctor, Panadol will reside in the body for at least 5 years.. And according to the doctor, there used to be an incident where an air stewardess consumes a lot of panadol during her menstrual as she needs to stand all the time.

She's now in her early 30's, and she needs to wash her kidney (DIALYSIS) every month.
As said by the doctor that whenever we have a headache, that's because it is due to the electron/Ion imbalance in the brain. As an alternative solution to cope with this matter, they suggested that we buy 1 or 2 cans of isotonic drink ( eg.100PLUS), and mix it with drinking water according to a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 (simply, it means one cup 100plus, one cup water.or 2 cups water).

Imagine that we had spent our entire life popping quite a substantial amount of Panadol (Pain Killer) when you need to have a surgery or operation, you will need a much more amount of general anesthetic to numb your surgical pain than the average person who seldom or rarely takes Panadol .

If you have a very high intake of Panadol throughout your life (Migraine, Menstrual cramps) it is very likely that normal general anesthetic will have no effects on you as your body is pumped full with panadol and your body is so used to painkiller that you would need a much stronger pain killer, Morphine??

Value your life, THINK b4 you easily pop that familiar pill into your mouth again.

Its been a while since i updated my page, too busy with work since my trip back from sabah and may i say..IT WAS AWESOME!! Reason for d trip wuz mainly cuz hav'nt been back for 5 years..and i needed a long break..hardly get any off days since i started 2 years plus ago..NO KIDDING~!even on off days i'll still be stuck there for a few pt..client wanna work-out,what can i say..its all $$$$$..previously,even when i got to get a day off..there i go spending d day with d Ex-gf,or "else'..me dead....kinda regretted it but its in d past..

Anyways,life's been much better now..its been a couple of months of hell before i flew back...lemme share a lil spooky tale frm my client..apparently he got dis "6th sense" and able to see "things" with his third eye!(*yikes) but anyways,he told me dat i look "dim/cloudy" and there seem to be things surrounding me ..in turn keeps my luck and prosperity away?~!!

i never take into account about all dis spiritual stuffs but why not give at a go just in case rite??so i started praying, and even followed my Gf and teresa to a chinese temple,they prayed for me..thanks a bunch dear~..haha,i hardly even go to church (not a proud christian to confess here) but just to throw away dis "bad luck"..its said dat i either accidently "pick" it up, it followed me or some people who has a grudge againts me sent these "things" to ruin me??*crap now i have enemies doing spells on me~!!haha

So d solution is i gotta fly over-the-sea as these elements cant go over water elements and thus get d F*#k away frm my life...AND IT DID~!!in a wierd way, i did feel more relaxed, calm, and business it really pickin up lately after d trip back frm sabah..spiritual or not,thanks for d advise...so yeah, there's d little things a wanna share with y'all today..

Yup, most of d bruises are at d back so obviously its d random shots made frm team-mates frm d back of each sides..dun care,nex time we're playing in d morning~!!Most unforgettable moment since i started working here and d best team celebration..anybody wanna top it up?? Its been already 3 weeks now and i thought d mess n stress will end last week but continued on till today,damn d melacca trip did'nt help..i just cant understand why people cant leave me at peace...job start to bore me,client's been giving extra headache nowadays,cancelling as if its so easy..i have a fucking tight schedule u morons,sorry aint just gonna cut it..empty promises by many people..if u cant keep em,dont make it~!

i dunno if its a blessing but recently been offered by a new client to work under him...thinking real hard bout leaving but cant understand why i cant make d 1st step away...oh yeah i forgot,my "appreciative" clients..gotta stick to my promise to shape em up...wattahell,im earning load'sa cash frm em getting training sessions so a promise is a promise..i gotta get u where u want..
